Find Art Master Tergon.
You say, 'Hail, Art Master Tergon'
Art Master Tergon wheezes and coughs.
Art Master Tergon says, 'My apologies sir, I fear I am a bit under the weather. Curse this foul infection! What brings you to me?'
You say, 'I am here on a mission given to me by Lady Shaina.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'The Lady Shaina? I am always glad to help her with any...'
Art Master Tergon trails off as another fit of hacking overtakes him.
Art Master Tergon says, 'Explain while I prepare this.'
Art Master Tergon turns and begins pinching ingredients from various jars, dropping them into a kettle simmering on the hearth. A nearby plant wilts, appearing to lean away from the odor as the foul concoction heats up.
You say, 'Lady Shaina requests your assistance strengthening the border between the living and dead. She is at this very moment concentrating all of her energies on keeping it unbroken, but she believes it is under some sort of attack and that she cannot continue on her own. With your abilities in how elements work together she feels you will be the key to her cooperative ritual.'
Art Master Tergon sips at the liquid, clears his throat a few times, and begins.
Art Master Tergon says, 'AH! Mum's recipe for Swampsludge Mosquito-Leg Tea. It soothes the throat, and such a pleasant aroma. Well sir, I would gladly lend my aid, but I am feeling far too ill to gather the ingredients to make my focusing symbol. It must be crafted in a precise manner if I am to focus different types of energies into one ritual.'
You say, 'I will get the materials for you, if you will only tell me what is needed.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'Oh that would be most helpful, are you sure you don't mind?'
With a great effort of will you control your roiling stomach and reply...
You say, 'Not at all, I'd be more than happy to do it. Sooner is better in fact.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'I like your enthusiasm, tadpole! Okay, quickly before my voice gives out entirely, pay close attention. First you must make an arcane glaze. Gather the following and combine them as you would any potion.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'Runic bodypaint, a glowing tunnel moss, a measure of rare crystal dust, one bottle of oil and one bottle of water.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'Combine these in a mortar and pestle, which is a trivial matter.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'Be aware, these materials will be closely attuned to both you and me. I have selected these items based on your age, abilities and other factors. Should you tarry, the mixture may need to be re-tuned.'
You say, 'What else?'
Art Master Tergon says, 'Once you have completed this take a religious symbol of Malath, coat it with the glaze, and bake it so that the mixture adheres to its surface. The Arcane Symbol of Malath will then be prepared to focus my magic so that I can weave together all of the different energies.'
You say, 'I will return as soon as I can.'
Art Master Tergon says, 'With any luck, I will be better by then. Malath's blessing upon you.'
You notice he is going back for more tea, and beat a hasty retreat.

Art Master Tergon examines the symbol closely. He sprinkles a fine powder across the face of the symbol and it combusts violently.
Art Master Tergon says, 'This is fine work. Fine work indeed. It also still seems to be in tune with you, and responds to me as it should. This should work for our purposes. I have also managed to ditch that pesky cough and am feeling almost myself again! Please let Shaina know I will join her when she is ready.'
