An orc cryomancer's quest

A Fuwok quest that helps bring some life to an old zone. Through being able to spawn more orcs you will have less chance of running out of mobs to get experience from when you're grouping in the zone.

Walkthrough

Find An orc cryomancer (Everchill Caverns  •) .

You say, 'Hail, an orc cryomancer'

an orc cryomancer grunts, unsettlingly.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Let me ask you - ever seen a female orc?'

You say, 'I guess not. How could you tell anyway? I figured that they all look the same.'

an orc cryomancer grunts again.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Sure, sure. We all look the same. Very enlightened of you. I'm going to teach you something today about where orcs come from.'

You say, 'So where do orcs come from?'

an orc cryomancer grunts emphatically.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Hand me some orc meat and some liquid nitrogen and I will show you.'

Note: For each set you turn in 1 (one) orc will spawn. You may turn in any number (tested up to 60) as long as you have the same amount of Orc Meat and Liquid Nitrogen.

Gather and give an orc cryomancer:

• Orc Meat
• Liquid Nitrogen

You gain 100 experience!!

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'Ah, equal portions orc meat and liquid nitrogen!'

an orc cryomancer begins gesturing in the air, punctuated by unintelligible grunts and snorts.

an orc cryomancer pours the liquid nitrogen over the orc meat, reconstituting it into several orcs!'

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'Only <#> more orc reconstitutions before I will show you my next wonder!'

Once you have summoned and killed 100 orcs:

You gain 10,000 experience!!

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'Ah, 100 reconstituted orcs. I can keep reconstituting them for you, but maybe I can interest you in something else.'

You say, 'Hail, an orc cryomancer'

an orc cryomancer grunts several times.

an orc cryomancer says, 'You've learned of the origin of the frozen orc. Perhaps now you would like to explore the biology of the tentacle.'

You say, 'Actually, that sounds horrible.'

an orc cryomancer grunts again.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Horrible things they are. Bring me four of their tentacles. Four at once only! The trick doesn't work with fewer!'

Note: This will cause 4 (four) tentacles to spawn and attack you.

Gather and give an orc cryomancer:

• Tentacle x 4

You gain 10,000 experience!!

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'You're in for a real treat now! Watch this!'

an orc cryomancer begins gesturing in the air, concentrating deeply. He releases a loud, baritone fart, breaking his own concentration! The four tentacles fall from his grasp and draw life from the icy floor.

Kill the 4 (four) tentacles.

You say, 'Hail, an orc cryomancer'

an orc cryomancer grunts mutedly.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Tentacles are the worst. That demonstration always gives me a lot of gastrointestinal stress.'

You say, 'About that.'

an orc cryomancer grunts again.

an orc cryomancer says, 'There's more to life than the thunderous sound of orcs farting in an ice cave! You look too old to have such a prurient obsession with orcish flatulence!'

You say, 'That's not what I meant. Do you need something else?'

an orc cryomancer says, 'I'd say there's fifty or more orcs here right now, why don't you go around asking them all about their hindparts, weirdo. Or, if you are serious about our work together, bring me five Nazdrich hides!'

Note: This will cause The Great Nazdrich to spawn and attack you.

Gather and give an orc cryomancer:

• Nazdrich Hide x 5

You gain 15,000 experience!!

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'Ah! Nazdrich hide. The smell is incredible.'

an orc cryomancer begins gesturing in the air, making lurid faces at nobody in particular. He slaps the hides together forcefully, creating a great creature!

Kill The Great Nazdrich.

You say, 'Hail, an orc cryomancer'

an orc cryomancer grunts, gargling phlegm.

an orc cryomancer says, 'Just the smell of Nazdrich will bring you right back on track. The scent reminds me of an orcish barracks after the celebration of victory.'

You say, 'We've lived very different lives, haven't we?'

an orc cryomancer grunts again.

an orc cryomancer says, 'They only send the smartest adventurers in here, I can tell. I'll need one last thing from you: a Shard of the Everchill. If you don't already know where to get it, you'll have to figure it out on your own.'

Gather and give an orc cryomancer:

• Shard of the Everchill

You gain 25,000 experience!!

an orc cryomancer whispers to you, 'You've found it! I will cherish its power.'

an orc cryomancer takes a gigantic bite from the Shard of the Everchill, breaking some of his teeth in the process.

an orc cryomancer says, 'I've taught you all I can now. Here, take this. And remember my teachings! You might need them.'

You receive Enlightenment of the Everchill.
