There are 3 piranhas close to each other in a very small pool, so engaging them one at a time is only possible with some form of CC. They are also extreme undercons since they attack very very fast and hit hard. Strongly recommended to bring a healer or a few friends with you, and be ready to get out of the water quickly if you have to.
There are several other piranhas below this small pool in the larger body of water. They are separated and could be easy single pulls. Note that once you drop down to these piranhas you would have to go all the way back around to get to the top 3 again.
