Vaporous Crystalline Key is used to port you (or a group) into the Outer Prison of Admyrrza. Only attainable after defeating Guardian of the Sun Shrine in Everchill Caverns.
Use the Shrine Key that drops from him to open the locked door NW of him. Run through the DD traps in the tunnel and have everyone grab the Frozen Sun Crystal in the room at the end (ground spawn, a little bag). Then kill The Warden and get his key to open another locked door (someone add the location plz) that contains a goblin mob named Nazalik. You need to talk to him and go thru the dialog. Then head to the Crystal Seers room and hail a Vaporous Projection that spawns when you enter and go thru the dialog, Then go back to Nazalik and hail him, go thru the dialog and hand him your Frozen Sun Crystal to receive your Vaporous Crystalline Key.
