Gather and give Garlii:

Garlii returned Tal`Yan Ritual Needle to you.

You say, 'I found it in Yaralith, but that's another story. Say, I need a needle like that, but made from a special material. Anything you could do for me?'

Garlii says, 'Hmm, I think a friend of mine could make you such a needle, if you provide that "special material". And have 1000 platinum with you, I will claim that as payment.
