You say, 'Hail, Captain Arlin'

Captain Arlin says, 'Greetings, citizen. I am Arlin, Captain of the Guard. My responsibility is the safety of the gate and the roads. A responsibility that is tough with the recent incursion of bandits.

You say, 'Who are these bandits you speak of?'

Captain Arlin says, 'Not everyone fled these lands during the invasion. Some remained behind, scrounged what living they could out of the blighted lands. Roaming bandits of scavengers and desperate people. Now that we have returned, they are little more than animals, preying on travelers and caravans out of sheer desperation. Other people have voluntarily chosen cush a way of life, refusing to accept the sacrifice necessary to maintain our society in this sparse land. Regardless of what their reasons are, they have become a serious threat, spreading over nearly all of the nearby plains. For this reason, the Newport Guard offers double bounty for the heads of bandits brought to me, claimable as normal with Desk Sergeant Ranald at the Office of the People.'

Give Bandit Head to Captain Arlin.

Captain Arlin says, 'Well done, citizen! With your aid, the bandits will be scoured in no time.'

For each Bandit Head :

You gain 1500 experience!!

You receive 2 Newport Bounty Token from Captain Arlin.
