you need to update info, you need at minimum gemstone of the 6th seeker not high seeker like you listed, since you need the kit from npc in dreadlands refuge.

items you need to farm from kaesora or bloodquarry.

runic spell glyph runic spell shell runic spell core

talk to npcs in library in refuge to get spell kit, they are kos unless you have a gemstone of the 6th seeker and have done 4th entry quests to enter refuge.

you place inside the 3 runic spell pieces into the kit and it is upgraded.

you then farm the baldakan of your class in prophets landing till a named version spawns then you kill it for a sealed spell which you then use the upgraded kit to translated.
