Centaur Hills is a long plain full with hills that connects the city of Newport with the glade of Surefall.

In the northeast hills, there is a pass to the icy lands of the Barbarians, known as Blackburrow. Rumors are that a huge system of caverns exists in this pass, and that tribe of gnolls made their lair there, so travelers should be wary!

To the east, the hills decline and open up into the badlands.

There is a small lake a tad southwest of Surefall. On its northern shore, the Centaurs that gave this region its name made their home. They tend to be reclusive and shy with travelers, but one could earn their trust.

The Centaur Hills are a very safe place to travel, thanks to the Guards of Newport who patrol the roads frequently.
