Sandjaw is a level 35 Warrior. It appears quite strong and extremely tough for its level. It seems averagely resistant to magic, fairly resistant to fire, weakly resistant to cold, weakly resistant to poison, and weakly resistant to disease.
VERY easy to kill as far as other adepts go, high HP, roots so be careful when pulling you don't get rooted underwater.

1) pull it outside the water to the shore, be careful he summons 2) tash as soon as main tank engages 3) slow right after tash 4) healers dont let main tank die

Alternatively just buff your group(s) with enduring breath and fight in front of his tower.
