I can confirm the change, Samantha doesn't accept Frilakh Tails any longer. I checked this with a level 5 ranger, an other player with a level 3 barbarian. I saw in ooc other players complaining, Samantha doens't take Frilakh Tails.
It seems Frilakh Tails turn in has been moved to Katrina the Stewardess in Kelethin only. This bounty quest works well, will add the result when i finished it with my low level ranger.Duvinya 06:23, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
