I haven't updated the item text itself to include it (will do that in just a sec) but the infobox will show '(Adept) Expable Item' with a link to a page explaining what an expable item is. The only caveat is that you must add the source correctly, which you haven't been doing. I've fixed the two adept loots you added, so they should both show properly now.
