Find Brother Sinqual (Dreadlands  at 708, 9729, 1068  • Refuge)

Brother Sinqual says, 'Indeed. After the little stunt you assisted in pulling by the Citadel, patrols are up from here to old Ikild!'

You say, 'My stunt? You were at the meeting! And if I recall Brother Sortel spoke out not you.'

Brother Sinqual says, 'I was not at liberty to speak then, but I am now. I'd also like to state that I was against you coming in with us at all. We were doing quite fine before you and your ilk decided to excite the place up.'

Three Choices

Brother Sinqual yawns, 'Your philosphy  [sic] bores me. But we do have work to do, and you are all they are letting me utilize.'

Brother Sinqual says, 'Fine, as I don't wish to hear your philosophy. But we do indeed have work to do, and you are all they are letting me utilize.'

You say, 'What work needs to be done?'

Brother Sinqual says, 'We need to know what they know. And we need to limit what they know as well. Kair`got and Rorlna have decided on this, and thus it shall be.'

You say, 'You don't seem like you like those two much.'

Brother Sinqual says, 'MISSING TEXT'

You say, 'So I should speak to Kair`got and Rorlna?'

Brother Sinqual says, 'Rorlna yes, but Kair`got is still far to valuable an asset for us to risk someone like you talking to. However I am apparently quite expendable, so it'll fall to me to brief you.'

You say, 'Where can I find Rorlna? I haven't seen her yet.'

Brother Sinqual says, 'Rorlna, is elusive. But she has returned from her last mission, and should be found within one of the ziggurats if you look hard enough.'

You say, 'Hail, Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'Ah, the great <Player Name>, gracing me with his presence at last. To what do I owe this honor?'

You say, 'Brother Sinqual sent me. He said you have some work that you need help doing.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'You do seem tough... yet I have my doubts. <Player Name> I have reason to believe you could turn the tide in all this.'

You say, 'Indeed I am. Things are going to be different with me around.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'Unlikely. We all have strings that are pulled <Player Name>. You being here as the Oracle predicted, is a testament to that.'

You say, 'Oracle? Who is it? I didn't know you guys had a seer.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'We don't. Not really. The Oracle resides in Ikild now. She is an old friend of mine, but her services primarily belong to Kaezul.'

You say, 'So Kaezul has a seer? And an accurate one? How have we not been found yet!'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'Primarily because we are not seen as a threat by Kaezul, and thus the right questions have yet to be asked. She also only recently returned with her comrades after extended imprisonment. Regardless I'm not here to talk about the Oracle today. If you'll excuse the analogy, I have bigger Co`dair to descale.'

You say, 'How can you still go to Ikild and talk to people loyal to Kaezul!'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'MISSING TEXT'

You say, 'No, I want to talk about the Oracle more!'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'MISSING TEXT'

You say, 'What are we here to discuss then.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'Murder.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins laughs. 'Directed murder my friend. Killings that will make this war go a bit smoother for our side.'

You say, 'Give me the details already! Tell me more.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'It's funny <Player Name>, it's all about those with a lot to lose already. They want certain positions, higher than they are, but occuiped  [sic] by someone lacking the courtesy to die. They climb the slippery cliff, reaching for the summit, thinking they will be safe and happy there. They won't be, they'll just be targets for those still making the climb. Regardless of their motives we gain a lot from their ambition. A dangerous adversary out of the way, and someone who owes us moving into a position of power.'

You say, 'So Kaezulians wanting to kill other Kaezulians in order to get more power for themselves.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'Precisely. They come to me still, isn't that funny. I'm supposed to be dead, and I still get propositioned. That is the crux of the matter though. I'm good, but I'm only Iksar. I can't risk being confirmed alive, not at this stage in the game. You are to take on my missions for me, I have four. Complete them at your leisure, and return a proof of kill of the target to me as you acquire them. No need to get them all at once.'

You say, 'What are the details.'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins says, 'For brevitys  [sic] sake, I've written them down for you. Destroy the journal when you are done with it. Be aware this is a test of your abilities and loyalty to us as well. If you do this, we can trust you fully.'

You receive Non-descript Journal from Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins.

Note: The following assassinations can be completed in any order.

Vaixv the Harvester

Find Vaixv the Harvester (Dreadlands  • Wanders) and assassinate him in according to the instructions.

Vaixv the Harvester falls over, claw marks and bites savaging his body.

If the assassination is performed correctly, Vaixv's Hunting Spear will drop.

Zifez Rager

Find Zifez Rager (Dreadlands  • Wanders) and assassinate him in according to plan.

Zifez Rager shivers violently and falls over...

If the assassination is performed correctly, Zifez's Signet Ring will drop.

Commander Reise

Find Commander Reise (Prophet's Landing  at -1690, 2520, -116  • On the shores of the bay) and assassinate him according to the instructions.

You say, 'Hail, Commander Reise'

Commander Reise says, '<Player Name> D`vir I presume?'

You say, 'Indeed, I hope you are prepared.'

Commander Reise says, 'Of course. You will be victory one hundred for me. Are you ready?'

You say, 'May the best duelist win.'

Commander Reise says, 'Enguarde!'

Commander Reise lets his guard down, giving in to the bloodlust.'

Commander Reise says, 'What is this!? No matter, I'll take you all out!'

If the assassination is performed correctly, Reise's Saber will drop.

Krela Ver`den

Find Caretaker Kolsaz (Dreadlands  at 1038, 9258, 1068  • Refuge)

You say, 'Rorlna has a mission for me, she says you have something I could slip into wine.'

Caretaker Kolsaz says, 'Rorlna giving you tasks now? Watch yourself <Player Name>, she's a dangerous one. Good at her job, but very dangerous. As for your mission, you don't really need me for this. That icethistle fern you found for me before, remember that? Just grind up a little bit of that in to the wine bottles, and I guarantee death to the imbider  [sic].'

Find A wine crate (Prophet's Landing  • End of the docks) and perform the assassination according to the instructions.

You carefully grind up the fern, and deposit a portion into every bottle.

After you have completed the Krela Ver'den assassination, gather and give to Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins (Dreadlands  at 358, 9690, 1068  • Refuge, Most South West building.) :

• Vaixv's Hunting Spear
• Zifez's Signet Ring
• Reise's Saber

You say, 'Let's not talk about it...'

Rorlna, Mistress of Assassins laughs. 'Be that as it may, you've done all I've asked of you. Congratulations. Take this as a mark of my thanks. I'll certainly have more for you to do at some point if you are interested.'
