Harland Idrovo wants to stick it to the Wizard and Magician guilds. Assist him in his quest to "win" the Newport Cup to recieve a set of Manipulation armor. The combine statistics of this set:

Focus Effect: Experimental Runes.
This armor is a snazzy dark purple, with maroon trimmings.
