Find Lurek, Priest of Lore (The Grand Library at -744, -144 •) .
Lurek, Priest of Lore
The quest starts with Lurek giving you a letter to take to either Councilor Cillan or Councilor Marek. So far, it seems you may only choose one or the other and you cannot complete both.
Mareks Missions
1st, Marek requires you to obtain an ancient text from Warpstone Caverns. The one I found dropped off one of the mobs in the big lava room.
2nd, After turning in the book he requires you to then head to King's Pass and collect 4 Noble's journals. They dropped very rarely off the pass guards (not citizens).
3rd, he requires you to head to Siren's Grotto to collect 4 "brughwar scribblings". I have yet to find any. (this is as far as I've achieved)
