The Shadowknight is one of the three Tank classes available in Shards of Dalaya, alongside the Warrior and his holy cousin, the Paladin. The Shadowknight proves different in having the fastest and strongest single target hate generation available via their Terror line of spells. His signature ability is Harm Touch dealing an instant large amount of damage, with upgrades available later to change its secondary effects.
While Paladins may bring healing to the table, a Shadowknight contributes a wide variety of specialized skills and spells that can make them invaluable in certain situations. Most important is their ability to Feign Death, but one must not discount the uses of Lifetaps, Invisibility, various recourses, and spears.
If you like tanking without fear of losing Aggro, maximizing your teams DPS, and the fun and utility that comes with having high hp, ac, and some Necromancer spells, then the Shadowknight is the class for you.
Starting Statistics
The Shadowknight class receives 20 Starting Points to distribute in the various stats. The stats that the game deems important to the class are Strength, Stamina, Intelligence, and Charisma.
