High Elves are known for their elegant features, a quality they've extended to their architecture.

The High Elves are a noble - if haughty - race, the oldest of the elven races, and as they like to think, with the purest of elven blood. Like many races, their original homelands were destroyed utterly, now a haunted ruin where undead wraiths roam, and the remainders of the race have sought refuge with the race of Men, whom they seek to influence to pursue High Elven agendas. They see in the dark with Infravision.

Their Elven Mind, the purest, aids them against charm and mesmerize.
