Hayden Aulder says, 'We've been working more closly with their arcane scholars, and as our newest rising star the responsibility falls on you to travel to Oggok and meet with our smelly neighbors to the southeast. Speak with Galia de`Barra in Oggok. I'll send a letter with further instructions as I finalize the plan.'

Galia de`Barra says, 'Yes, "hi". While we wait for the other delegates to arrive, what say we get some quick business completed first?'

You say, 'Other delegates?'

Galia de`Barra says, 'Yes, we have, uh, this can't be right.' Galia peers closer at the scroll in her hand. 'A member of the 'famous Newport team Explosive Flame' coming?'

You say, 'Gasp! Explosive Flame? Coming here?'

Galia de`Barra says, 'Um, yes. That's what the letter says. Now, to business?'

You say, 'What did you have in mind?'

Galia de`Barra says, 'A member of your enchanters' guild came here earlier and dropped off some supplies, and among them was a bright orange bracer. Your guildmaster sent a letter with it.'

You say, 'What does the letter say?'

Galia pulls the letter from a pocket of her robe and clears her throat. 'The magician will arrive in Oggok soon. The Tal`Yan of Yaralith sometimes carry blue fungus powder, which causes an awful stink that is very hard to clean. Under no circumstances should any find their way into the magician's luggage. The bracer is yours as soon as four of them don't find their way into his room.'

You say, 'They'll never suspect a thing...'

Galia de`Barra says, 'Indeed. In the interests of speeding the process, you can go ahead and "not" give the powder to Coordinator Xanlan.
