Warrior Starfall Boots of Spite quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Thoros gives the Warrior quests.

Artificier Thoros says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share similar interests. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Boots of Spite and the Obsidian Razor. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you recover I will let you keep. I am only interested in the work itself.

You say, 'Tell me about the Boots of Spite.'

Artificier Thoros says, 'The Boots of Spite are an artifact of mostly unknown origin, but it is believed that a famous warrior had them fashioned for himself to assist him in... well, from what we can gather, in starting bar fights. He was equally famous and notorious, it would seem. The boots carried a potent enchantment that would incite anger and spite into whoever they struck when used to kick. Quite a useful tool at times, I would say. The original boots are more than surely disenchanted by now, and were lost along with their owner when he was travelling in the Goblin Skull Mountains. I do believe I could restore their original power if they could be found and a couple of items could be secured alongside them. Namely, a Symbol of Rage, which is an enchanted amulet used by the kobolds of the Warrens to raise a fighter's battle-lust, and a Symbol of Savagery, a traditional icon carried by some sort of priest of the Darksun Orc Clan.'
