Trap Master Ninefingers scratches at his beard as he looks you over, 'Another young rogue comes seeking the trick to barbarian traps, eh? Well I have been setting bolt traps of all kinds since I was half your age. You have quite a lot of catching up to do coming to me so old...'

You say, 'Just tell me what I need to do, Barbarian.'

Trap Master Ninefingers says, 'With an attitude like that you will find yourself back to the mud in no time. Lucky for you it will take me but a moment to show you the basics of bolt traps. Unfortunately for you that moment is not what your going to be paying for. You get to pay for the fourty five years it has taken me to perfect my skill and be able to teach you so quickly. Which style of bolt trap are you looking to learn first? You must get experianced enough with the one before coming back to learn the other.

(NOTE: There are four main trap types - Bolt, Powder, Oil and Snare - with two kinds of trap each. You may learn one kind of each trap type at levels 20 and 50. Which kind of each trap type you learn first is a choice you must make.)

You say, 'What are the kinds of bolt traps?

Trap Master Ninefingers says, 'There are two main kinds of bolt traps - poisoned and non poisoned. With regular bolt traps you use a large strong bolt with a tip that shreds on entry. This kills or damages your target almost instantly upon activating the trap. Poisoned bolts must be smaller to be able to slip deep through your targets skin and deliver the poison. These traps slowly damage your target over time as the poison works its way to the vital organs. So $name, what will it be? Aint no going back once you decide until after you have perfected your choice and grown a bit older. Either will cost ya three platinum.'
