You say, 'it's abandoned?'

Training Master Drusko says, 'Eh, it wasn't abandoned until the clockworks went awry - they started attackin' their creators, so everyone packed up and left. Heh, they forgot one thing! That mine was our only source of Steamfont Mountains Iron, and well... we need that to make armor for new pups like yerself!'

You say, 'Tell me about the breastplate.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'Well, the breastplate will take three pieces of ore and a clockwork breastplate mold.'

You say, 'Tell me about the greaves.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'Hrm, for the greaves yer gonna need three pieces of ore and a clockwork greaves mold.'

You say, 'Tell me about the gauntlets.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'Ahh, gauntlets eh? Well, they aren't too tough to make. Just get me two pieces of ore and a clockwork gauntlet mold, and I'll make something to cover your hands!'

You say, 'Tell me about the boots.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'The boots are fairly easy to make - probably up there with the gauntlets in difficulty. Just get me two pieces of ore and a clockwork boot mold and I'll make 'em fer ya!'

You say, 'Tell me about the armguards.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'Let's see here... the armguards will take two pieces of ore and a clockwork armguard mold. Get those and I'll make yer new protective armguards!'

You say, 'Tell me about the bracers.'

Training Master Drusko says, 'The bracers are by far the easiest piece to make. Each bracer takes one piece of ore, and a clockwork bracer mold. Get 'em and I'll fix it right up!'

You say, 'Clockwork what?'

Training Master Drusko says, 'The molds were stored in one of the windmills between here and the mine - so it's possible they're in the mine now too.'

Note: Molds can be obtained from clockwork ore processors (and possibly other mobs in the area).
