A shrill voice emanates from the presence, 'That is irrelevant. What you need to know is that Gradalsh is planning to unleash a plague apon Dalaya the likes of which it has never seen... Nothing new you say? Well he is close - very close to realizing his dream. Anuek is in constant communication with the Lord of Decay as they perfect their recipe for pandemic illness. You must stop them - or at least slow them down.

You say, 'Why hide what you are?'

Your question is met with silence.

You say, 'What can I do?'

A shrill voice emanates from the presence, 'You can blind once and for all the Eye of Gradalsh. Without the Eye both Gradalsh and Anuek's powers will be greatly reduced. It will not kill Gradalsh and Anuek will be reborn from him but at the very least it will delay their current plague by decades. All you have to do is blind the Eye...

You say, 'How do I blind the eye?'

A shrill voice emanates from the presence, 'Search out Zercutz - he is one of Gradalsh's greatest crafters. Bring me back the tool he uses to flay his laboratory participants. We will continue on from there.' The presence pauses a moment, 'One more thing...'

You say, 'What last thing?'

A shrill voice emanates from the presence, 'An entity known as Balagan protects the pass through the cliffs between us and the rest of the plane. He will not let you pass unless you defeat him - or obtain a part of his flesh. If you can manage to obtain a sizable part of the abomination you should be able to avoid his notice while travelling past him. You could even use magical means to travel from here to the center area of the plane if you were to equip such a chunk of Balagan.

Return to the presence, hand in dagger and blood.

A shrill voice emanates from the presence, 'Good <Player Name>. Now all there is to do is to blind the eye itself. It will be in the deepest chamber of the center castle and will be guarded by Anuek himself. Good luck.

Find Eye of Gradalsh (Plane of Entropy  at -1562, -232, -72  • In the deepest castle chamber, near Anuek) and blind it with the Attuned Plague Ritual Dagger.

Soundless thunder reverberates through the room as the dagger is run through the fragile surface of the eye. It blinks once before closing for good.

A familiar presence settles into the room, 'Quickly to me! We have an opportunity that the world may never see again! Hurry!

A voice emanates from the presence, '<Player Name>, Gradalsh himself approaches! This is our chance to do lasting damage to his campaign. He rides on his dragon, Ythla'Shk. Keep the beast at bay and I will handle Gradalsh. Are you ready?'

says, 'Good. Hand me the dagger you used to blind the eye and we shall take this opportunity. No mortal should carry such a corrupt item. Hurry!'

Give the presence the Attuned Plague Ritual Dagger.

As you extend the dagger out towards the presence it shatters violently in your hand. 'Keep this, <Player Name>. A token of deeds to come.'

You receive Shattered Ritual Dagger from .

A voice emanates from the presence, 'The future of mortal Dalaya rests in our hands. Remember- do not engage Gradalsh. I will not be able to hold him forever but you should have enough time to take care of the dragon. Fight true, friends.'

You and your allies will get teleported to the castle courtyard.

Great wheezing laughter bellows from the decaying form, 'You?! You are the ones that have caused all of this sweet pandemonium in my own realm! You pathetic little creatures have stepped into the wrong plane. Die knowing that your corpses will do naught but further my progress in the final plague of the mortal race.'

Althuna, The Healing Hand shouts, 'They are not alone, Gradalsh. The time of undoing has come.'

Gradalsh, Lord of Decay shouts, 'Althuna? YOU are behind this? Your meddling has come to an end, water bitch. Your corpse will be my plaything by the time this is over.

Althuna, The Healing Hand shouts, 'The dragon! Remember the dragon! I cannot keep Gradalsh subdued forever.'

Kill Ythla'Shk (Plane of Entropy  • Spawns outside of the "Castle" area during a quest event) .

Ythla`Shk begins to rot away.

Althuna laughs euphorically, 'You have done it! Gather close friends! It is time we take out leave.

Gradalsh, Lord of Decay shouts, 'No! NO! You have not gotten away with this! You will die for the death of Ythl'Shk.'

Althuna laughs lightely, 'It is too late, old adversary. We have already gotten away with it all...

Get close and you will be ported to a safe spot in the zone.

Gradalsh's howling fury fades away into a whisper as you are whisked away.

Althuna, The Healing Hand says, 'You have done well! Gradalsh has been dealt a huge blow. Take what you have earned and leave this place - he will find you here soon. The one who blinded the eye - come to me.'

You say, 'Hail, Althuna, The Healing Hand'

Althuna's voice enters your mind, 'You have done well, <Player Name>. Visit me in the caves where you first found me.

Althuna, The Healing Hand says, 'If anyone else played a role in blinding the eye come forward now. I shall depart soon.'

Althuna, The Healing Hand says, 'Remember this day, friends. Dalaya has been saved horrible death and torment by your hand. It continuously amazes me what great things your kind can do with such insignificantly short lives...' Althuna fades away.

Return to the zone entrance and give mysterious presence (Plane of Entropy  • On platform near entrance) the Shattered Ritual Dagger.

You say, 'Hail, '

A voice eminates from the presence, 'You have returned, <Player Name>. Hand me your shattered dagger and perhaps I can reward you your efforts.
