To craft my Tundra Sleeves, I should collect two spider tibia chitin, two cat skins, and two cords of snow leopard sinew from the wild animals of Everfrost. In addition, I need another jar of solvent from Ye Majik in town. Once I have all this, I should combine it in my Tundra Armor Kit and return the raw result to Karlin.

Combine the items in the Tundra Armor Kit yielding Raw Tundra Sleeves. Give the Raw Tundra Sleeves to Mystic Karlin.
