Talk around town also places a wraith among the dead still lingering around there. If the rumors are true and there is in fact a wraith still bound to the area that could only mean the ruins were the site of a great tragic event. Just the thought of all that pain and sorrow brings a smile to my face. I want you to investigate this area and bring me back any proof of this wraith that you might have found. If you can do that, I might be willing to change my mind about you.'

Gather and give Wraith's Scythe to Terror Lord Cadrak.
