- Triggered spawn upon killing a citadel construct
- Squiff roots himself, "throws its head back", "growls," then does an AE howl to the group for 5K damage, with both a Blind and Mez component. Can be LoS'd. Highest on aggro list will be targeted after AE. This breaks mez for that person only. During first two emotes prior to howl, Squiff takes increased damage.
