Find Mira Shahar (The Mountain Crags of Tarhyl at 1006, -1274).

You Say,"Hail, Mira Shahar'
Mira growls when she hears you, but brightens when she recognizes who you are. 'Oh, pet! Just the person I was hoping to see.' Mira growls at a small heap of broken glass. 'This...pfff, this'camp', chafes badly, trugh be told. I've broken my last bit of glasswhere and there's no more to be had.'
You say, 'You said something about a job before?'
Mira Shahar says, 'Aye. I dropped this glass while working with more of those awful slime-covered rocks. It seems only fair that I send you down to the barkeep for another. Something nice preferably.' She glances back at you. ' Oh, and two examples of the Runnyeye's newsletter. I'm curious how they manage to create it. Such things were new even to the empire in my day. If we could recreate them here, it would bring much comfort to... to our more cultured refugees.'
Note: You will need the Key to the Citadel to access the necessary areas to collect these items.

Gather and give Mira Shahar:

  • Stolen Shotglass
  • Runnyeye Newsletter x 2
Mira sets the papers aside, then cleans the shotglass. The black-furred vah reaches behind her for a flask, then fills the glass and toasts you. 'Cheers, pet! Because of your work, we may soon have a paper of our own, and in any event I now have a gem shotglass.' Mira pulls a chain coat from under the bed. This is the last piece of armor you will need, though there's one more task left for you--it simply has a different reward. Let me know when you're ready.
