Find Mira Shahar (The Mountain Crags of Tarhyl at 1006, -1274).

Mira Shahar says, 'A little old, a little new. First, Lyjan wants two sampples of the crystals only found on the second floor. That's the old part--you know how to get that sort of thing. For the new, I'm told one of Hyvek's pets espied a bundle of weapons in a crate on the second floor. I'd like two, to be sure I have a full compliment of their weaponry.
