Magician Starfall Staff of the Elements quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to Southern Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Jonik is the Artificier dealing with the Magician class.

You say, 'Hail Artificier Jonik.'

Artificier Jonik says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Staff of the Elements and the Ice of Shojar. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

Atrificier Jonik says, 'A staff grafted with components from all four elements is a powerful catalysator for your summonings. I can make such a staff for you, provided with the following: An earthen staff, crafted by brownies and supposedly stolen by a notorious outcast among them, a fowing current drawn from the essence of the manifested air elements, a polished sleet of ice to channel the water element, and finally a rock of solid Red Sun lava.'
