Heyn Brightstorm's quest

Heyn Brightstorm wants you to Pick Pocket a young Magician named Arennes Galvennir. He should be in the bar at the Newport docks at night. Pick Pocket skill of over around 100 is recommended, as failure means lots of heat. Bouncer Feyli will attack anyone with heat just as a guard would. Failure also seems to make Arennes Galvennir despawn for around 5 minutes.
