Goblin Ears bounty quest

Samantha the Assistant's job is to ensure the continued safety of Athica and her citizens, and she offers work for travelling adventurers.

The number of turn-ins for this bounty quest seems unlimited. The maximum level for this quest is 29. Beginning at level 30, Samantha will return the Goblin Ears to you without payment, faction adjustment, or experience.

--At level 20 the player receives payment, but no more faction hits show up (at amiably faction). No other quest is offered. Bug?

--Confirmed, I could not improve further on a level 9 character as well. May 15, 2014

Samantha the Assistant says, 'Good day to you. I am Samantha, acting assistant to the Mayor of Athica. I offer work for travelling adventurers, if that sounds like it would be of interest to you. I also am in charge of distributing Amulets of Athica to those who have shown themselves worthy to wear them.'

You say, 'What do you need done?'

Samantha the Assistant seems to size <player name> up, 'Well, I think I have a couple of tasks you could handle. My job is to ensure the continued safety of Athica and her citizens, and as a result of that there are certain... threatening elements... of the local wildlife that need handling. Namely, the Green-Ear Goblins.'

You say, 'What about the goblins?'

Samantha the Assistant says, 'The Green-Ear Goblins of the aptly named Goblin Skull Mountains are tireless raiders and highwaymen, and present a severe threat to the supply routes Athica needs to stay alive and grow. I am permitted to issue you a bounty from the city coffers for every goblin ear you bring me, and it will increase your standing in the eyes of the citizens.'

Gather and give Goblin Ears to Samantha the Assistant.

Note: She will accept four at a time.

Samantha the Assistant says, 'Well done! You've earned this payment, on behalf of Athica City.

Your faction standing with Athica Residents has gotten better!

You receive 2 to 7 ) from Samantha the Assistant.
