Find Kromtor Chieftain (The Tears of Elael  at 1320, 1130, -204  •) .

You say, 'Hail, Kromtor Chieftain'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'Ah, save your hails and other greetings... There is only one reason you would come to address the Kromtor here and it has greenish skin and funny ideas about Elael. Well! Out with it! Which of the little monsters sent you?'
The Kromtor Chieftain roars with laughter.
You say, 'The Tur`Ruj orcs.'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'So the mighty orcs sent you as a messenger? What could it possibnly be for? Those grup-armed, empty-skulled, thick-headed stonespawn mean nothing to the Kromtor buch headaches and bloodshed. Every ingenious plan those dullards concoct falls flat instantly and violently and many Kromtor have paid the price for going along with their ill-informed schemes. Well then? What is it?'
The Kromtor Chieftain's face contorts with rage.
You say, 'They sent me to ask for your protection of-'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'Protection of their miserable 'temple' again is it? Well! That always ends well for the Kromtor! No matter who asks for it, the result is the same: hundreds of dead orcs or goblins and dozens of dead Kromtor. Usually they at least have the decency to send one of their own not.. well, I admit it seems you may be a match for a single orc or goblin. But there are hundreds of them.. thousands. Any Kromtor can kill a dozen orcs or the same number of Yiv easily, but they are replaced by dozens more! And they will never stop attacking until we are driven off and they can get back to the business of slaughtering each other. No, the services of the Kromtor are not for sale so cheaply. You, however, are in a good position to make a deal. How about it?'
The Kromtor Chieftain smiles brightly.
You say, 'Sounds great to me!'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'Well now, let me be sure we understand each other. I do not like the Yiv. I do not like the Tur`ruj. They are monumentally stubborn and violent and without empathy, gratitude, or understanding of history as your presence here proves. Still, we must survive and both sides do pay well, but the risk for the Kromtor has been increasing, such that taking up employment in this squabble has become a suicide mission. What I want from you is a show of good faith. I want you to show me that perhaps taking part in this fight is not so hopeless, that it once again becomes good business. Your forces seem... capable. While I would not recommend trying your hand against any Kromtor, I'm sure you can be more than a match for the green ones below us.'
You say, 'Indeed we are!'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'You say you are here on behalf of the Tur`Ruj. Well, do your part to ensure our survival while guarding this rock of utmost importance. I want <number varies> Yiv trophies at my feet, I will consider our contract with the Tur`Ruj valid and we will take up our positions.'
You say, 'Hail, Kromtor Chieftain'
Kromtor Chieftain tells you, 'Though this arrangement has been offered to several, the number of orc trophies remains at <number varies>. I hope you will do your best to fix this situation.'
