Find Docksman Ulfrig (Halas at -13, 55, 8 • The Bonny Mermaid) .
You say, "Hail, Docksman Ulfrig"
Docksman Ulfrig says, "Eh, welcome to my shop. Ye should be able to see the wares for yerself, I'm certain. Excuse me bad mood, but I've lost something I greatly valued."
You say, "Really, what did you lose?"
Docksman Ulfrig says, "Me special fishing pole! My grandfather made it, and it's the most durable piece of work ye could imagine. I like to go fishing on the frozen river of the tundra, see, but last when I was out, a huge fish caught the hook, and snatched the pole right out of my hand and into the icy waters. I ain't stupid enough to dive down there and search for it, but doesn't stop me from being unhappy about it, aye?"
Gather and give Docksman Ulfrig the Ulfrig's Fishing Pole.
Docksman Ulfrig says, "Althuna's Ears! That is my fishing pole!How did ye get ahold of it?! I suppose it doesn't really matter, but ye gods, ye've made me a happy man again. I guess it be not much, but accept what reward I can offer."
