Guardsman Scott says, 'Good day, adventurer. There are issues which have arisen recently, if you have time to [investigate them].'
You say, 'investigate them'
Guardsman Scott says, 'You see, the creatures of the Badlands are often susceptible to the corruption of the plagues, and while in this insane state, attack any who come near them. The lions are one such creature, so [reducing their numbers] would be a great help to lessening the attacks. As well, [culling their young] would also do wonders. Additionally, there are [darkweb spiders], which often attack travelers passing through the Badlands.'
You say, 'darkweb spiders'
Guardsman Scott says, 'Here in the northern Badlands there is a poisonous breed of spider called the darkweb. Its venom is very deadly, and so they must be put down before they cause harm. Return once you have gathered two of their tarsi and I will reward you.'

Give two Darkweb Spider Tarsus to Guardsman Scott .

Guardsman Scott says, 'Excellent work, (name) - please accept this payment for your time spent working on this matter. Should you find yourself culling the darkweb spiders again, return two more of their tarsi to me.'
