Location: At the south east corner of the zone, in front of the door to the southern-most house. There is a halfling child that lives in the other house. He likes to occasionally come out of his house and walk over to the neighboring house (the one with the ground spawn) to check and see if everything is as it should be. He's particularly nasty because he death touches. Take a few minutes to get comfortable with his pathing and then make a mad dash in to grab this fabric and then get right back out.
