There are many herbs to be found on Dalaya, many of which can be found at your local Alchemists shop. Each has its own reputed properties that can be enhanced greatly by the use of special solvents, resulting in a varity of drinkable potions, topical creams and more.

This is a listing of the more common or noteworthy herbs to be found:

  • Rockweed - long prized for its hardening effects on soft armor and shields.
  • Lucern - chewed by the local farmers during harvesting, this herb is said to enchance their strength.
  • Fenugreek - rumored to enhance spatial awareness.
  • Hearty Grain - another farmer's favorite, it is known to extend the hours a farmer's hand can work in a day without exhaustion.
  • Maidenhair Fern - used by brides on their wedding day, it brings out the inner glow of the individual.
  • Sage Leaf - long rumored to enhance mental capacity, those who use this herb tend to be a bit eccentric, so who knows.
  • Mandrake - a highly poisonous root, ground into a pomice. Second only to nightshade in its poisonous qualities.
  • Benzoin - when crushed, generates a cooling sensation when applies to skin, used medicinally as an antiseptic.
  • Allspice - ground into an almost bright red powder, this herb adds wonderful flavors to meals across Dalaya.
  • Mullein - also used medicinally to relieve respiratory disease and has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Nightshade - an elusive herb and reportedly as magical as it is deadly. Many have died when trying to tame the magical properties of this particular herb.
