You have learned how to work Hickory, Elm, and Ash. You have mastered how carving the bow staff during assembly can make a significant difference in how the bow performs for the wielder. There is much more to learn. You are entering into the realm of the Advanced Bowyer, where there are few things to learn but they take time to master.
Ash, due to the nature of the wood, can be planed smooth to further enhance the bow over traditional carving. Planing the bow staff with a planing tool during assembly enhances the bow in the same way as carving, but doubly so. The bows are also quite nice to look at. Master this craft of planing and you will always have adventurers interested in your creations.
