Visual description of template use.

Description

Used for Spells (and effects) - the majority of this information should be easily gleaned from a spell parser. SoD Spells Parser  is suggested.

The parameter slot# parameters are for spell parser output ONLY.

The parameters note should be a concise overview of the skill's function, possibly including a brief comparison to similar spells.

The parameters spellline, nextspell, and prevspell are used to show a hierarchy of spell progression (based on spell level).
