Wizard Starfall Circlet of Force quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Fidanni gives the Wizard quests.

Artificier Fidanni says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Force Wand and the Circlet of Force. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'Tell me about the Circlet of Force.'

Artificier Fidanni says, 'The Circlet of the Force is the second of the two twin objects that belonged to Til the Arcanist. Enchanted to protect him against the magic of his foes, I have aquired his notes on its creation, and with similar materials, can craft an identical item. I need the basis of the original circlet, which is known to have been lost somewhere in Fearstone Keep when Til met his end, a Shield Rune of the type made by the magicians of Mielech, and a Runecloak of the sort that was once carried by the Paladins of King's Pass.'
