Find Coordinator Njorl (Thurgadin  at -183.48, 525.44  • Western area of the city) .

There must be some reason for this! There must be something holding them back... Perhaps they have some kind of leader, some greedy Iksar who doesn't take kindly to the prospect of giving up the power he has gained in his little hobo world. We have to do whatever we can to change their minds--we need all the help we can get in the struggle against Kaezul!" This is a General bounty.'

Note: It will not aggro and must be hailed within five minutes to continue.
