Shaman Starfall Sleeper's Gemstone quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Kadwa gives the Shaman quests.

You say, 'Hail, Artificier Salin'

Artificier Kadwa says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the [Spiritists Athame] and the [Sleepers Gemstone]. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

Artificier Kadwa says, 'A Sleeper's Gemstone is a small bauble bound with the drowsying enchantments that shamans make so much use of. An invaluable object to carry in a cinch, it is relatively easy to craft, assuming one can come over the needed materials - a black gemstone to bind the power, something which can be found in the construction of obsidian gargoyles, the spores of a sleeper mushroom, which grow in the caverns of Mielech, and a platinum bar enchanted by an arcane caster.'
