High Hand Shon Natani says, "I have a task for you in which you may prove your ability well enough... lisiten closely. The sewers under Newport are a haven for filthy creatures of all kinds, the sort of beings that shun the light of day. Predatory beasts, vicious humanoids, and the undead. As a join effort between the Newport Guard and the Hand of Life, we seek the sewers reasonably clear of evil, their taslk falling to the beasts, ours to the undead. If you wish to assist the guid, speak to Corporal Larun, but for now, I need you to gather information on the dead."

High Hand Shon Natani says, "Guardsmen have reported a recent surge in undead creatures as of late, as well as the emergence of several new types of dead. This is troubling, and needs further investigation. I require you to travel into the sewers and locate at least four differing species of these new undead, bringing back parts of their unholy bodies after you dispose of them. Good luck, novice."

This blade should assist you in further encounters with the fallen dead."
