Periodically during the fight, she will emote something to effect of "Hunter of Souls throws their head back," in which case everyone including the main tank needs to run out of the room, or be AE deathtouched. When the tank runs out, make sure you do not have your back turned to the boss, or you run the risk of being stunned, resulting in inevitable death. Upon completion of the DT, she will emote "Hunter of Souls lets out a Soul-Piercing Wail!" or something to that effect.
Your main tank will get summoned back to her if they don't die. Beyond that, figure out the strategy for killing her, click auto attack, and wait for loot.
