Find Defender Llina (Mistwoods  • At the fishing post on the beach) .

You say, 'Hail, Defender Llina'

Defender Llina says, 'Hmm...Hello there. I'm sorry but I can't talk right now, I'm sort of in a [dilemma].'

You say, 'What dilemma?'

Defender Llina says, 'Sorry friend, but this is really Guard business only. If you can provide me with proof of past services to the Guard, then maybe I'd be able to discuss the matter with you.'

Give Defender Llina your Defender's Insignia.

Defender Llina says, 'Oh, I see you've helped us in the past. Perhaps we could use your help again, if you're willing.'

You receive Defender's Insignia from Defender Llina.

You say, 'I am willing.

Defender Llina says, 'Anval gave me this piece of torn silk that he fished up from the waters. It's made of some expensive imported silk, the only people who could afford such luxory is a noble. I should take it back for further inspection but I can't leave my post.'

You say, 'I can take it back.'

Defender Llina says, 'I don't have much choice. Please take this back to Lieutenant Emorn, he'll know what to do.'

You receive a piece of torn silk from Defender Llina.

Give Lieutenant Emorn (Mistwoods  • Just outside of Erudin) a piece of torn silk.

Lieutenant Emorn says, 'This is grave news indeed. Seeing as you are already here, and time is of short supply, I want you to [help] me get to the bottom of this.'

You say, 'I will help you.'

Lieutenant Emorn says, 'Let's see...The river runs through from north to south. From Anval's fishing spot, the silk must have drifted downstream. Investigate the riverbank and see what you can find out. Return to me anything you find.'

Note: This will spawn two a prowlers and a prowler leader by the river bank, directly west of Lieutenant Emorn. Approximate location of (2300, 1650.) Kill the Prowler leader, his corpse holds the torn silk dress. Pulling him away from his spawn spot is suggest as otherwise you may not be able to loot his corpse. If this happens, return and hail Lieutenant Emorn and again say "I will help you;" this should respawn the prowlers.

Kill a prowler leader and loot a Torn Silk Dress.

Give Torn Silk Dress to Lieutenant Emorn.

Lieutenant Emorn says, 'This is a sad turn of events. I will have to make a full report of this to the Captain. Please accept this as a token of my gratitude. I hope the next time we meet, the circumstances will be brighter.'

You receive Defender's Sash from Lieutenant Emorn.
