Cyrtho Malath (CMalath or CMAL) is a 55-65+ xp keyed dungeon crawl designed to be done by one group. Each section of Cmal is considered its own wing, and it limited to 6 people. Most mobs spawn on about a 2 hour timer, so camping in one spot and pulling to it is just not possible. With the 2 hour spawn time though, you are also able to fight at your own pace, and there really shouldn't be any reason for any vital class to be low on mana before any pulls. For the most part, your group will move to a spot, tank will pull a way clear, and the group will move forward. Wall aggro can be bad in certain spots, so try not to sit against wall or walk hugging a wall in a hallway unless you are given a reason.
