Artificier Ingla tells you, 'Hmm, yes, you look like you may be of use to me. I am working on two projects - creating a pair of artifacts I have dubbed the Boots of the Returner and the Aegis Chain - but I am in desperate need of a skilled adventurer to do field work for me.

You say, 'Tell me about the Boots of the Returner'

Artificier Ingla tells you, 'I intend to imbue the Boots of the Returner with the wonderous ability ot return the fallen to life, allowing a cleric to rest his mind instead of expending it on spells of resurrection. I need Gravesoil Boots, a Mark of Rebirth and Valorous Crystals to finish this project.'

You say, 'Gravesoil Boots?'

Artificier Ingla tells you, 'Boots that have accumulated years of grave soil are not an easy find. Your best bet would be to look in a graveyard or a necropolis.'

You say, 'Mark of Rebirth?'

Artificier Ingla tells you, 'A mark of rebirth is a runic symbol that can both return spirits to life and force them into a less pleasant shape. It is used to create revenants and bind humanoid souls into objects such as a suit of armor.'

You say, 'Valorous Crystals?'

Artificier Ingla tells you, 'Focused crystals taken from the Plane of Valor. If you can travel to the planes, you should be able to find some, but if not, I believe you may be able to purchase these at the legendary Island of Voices in the Sea of Swords.'
