Anilia Silkstrand says, 'What? Oh... right, the shipment of feathers and silk. I sent out an order for it days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It looks like I'll have to purchase the goods elsewhere, hmm? Like... you, perhaps? You wouldn't be interested in helping me, would you?'

You say, 'Sounds like you could use the help.'

Anilia Silkstrand says, 'Ooh... good! This should be fairly easy, too. The order I placed was for three harpy feathers and four pieces of spider silk. The silk you can find most anywhere, I'm sure. The feathers on the other hand, well... you're gonna need to head out to the mountains to get those. Pretty dangerous territory I might add. Once you've gathered up the goods, return it all to me and I'll have something for you in return.
