Note: Spawned in the North East part of the zone ~10 mins after it becoming day time 8AM in game. Then it roamed South towards the river and turned to the west. It crosses the bridge and loops back towards the North East corner, then follows the North wall to about where the Erudin zone in is, turns south and then despawns around 1799, 31 @ 10AM in game. This NPC will only spawn when there are few player characters in zone.
